New Deck and Stairs

Mike and Jaclyn Casaceli dismantled an old deck completely and built a new 12' x 18' deck and stairs. They installed new piers, supports,e everything. Their work is excellent,, professional and followed local building codes. Everything was done in a timely fashion and just as they said it would be. They were always available by phone, text or email and very responsive. They were honest and straightforward. They are friendly, kind people and I enjoyed having them around. I will absolutely use them for future remodeling, repair needs. I have confidence in their honesty, professionalism, quality of work and attention to detail. They are currently installing a new front door, side panels and frame for me. I really couldn't be more pleased with their work.

Remodel With Large Addition

My house was completely gutted out and then remodeled with a large addition doubling the size of my house. The stairway was moved, 2 new bathrooms and a new kitchen. All beams were flush cut into the ceiling so that the finish job has no sign of the walls that were removed. The job was done timely and without delays.

Basement Support And Remodel Room Off Kitchen

We hired Mike in the summer of 2016 as we were in the midst of selling our 1752 home in Northborough. Due to age of home the basement required work to support some floor joists. Mike also repaired a room off kitchen that required new flooring and excavation of materials. The work, professionalism, and attention to detail was outstanding and I would enthusiastically recommend Mike for any such projects.

Replace Roof; Build Screened Porch; Replace Interior Doors

Mike did a great job on a new roof for our first house plus built a beautiful screened-in porch on the same house. Recently, he replaced 5 interior doors, painting them and putting new lock sets on them. They look beautiful! Soon he will be removing a wood stove, which will involve patching the roof as well as the interior ceiling. He is very knowledgable (a building inspector at one time), reliable, kind, and talented. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a fine contractor.

Mike has completed multiple projects for us over the past few years. Mike is courteous, professional, prompt and a true craftsman, there isn’t anything he can’t do. Mike has tackled projects for us, big and small, such as replacing siding, to installing a new roof. Mike also completely remodeled and expanded our entryway and kitchen - it came out great! The kitchen is now the best room in the house! I have been extremely happy with Mike’s work and would highly recommend him.

Total Remodel Of Our 24 X24 Family Room From The Foundation Up

We hired Mike to completely remodel/design our 24 x 24 family room after it was discovered that the walls/roof was sagging due to decay of the main wall joists. He discussed each segment of the remodel, went over the cost, discussed the possibility of addition costs if more damage was discovered as he removed the exterior siding and replaced it with our new siding. Everything was done by code and the finished product was exceptional. We have since re-hired Mike on a number of occasions to install sky lights, re placed the roof on our 13 x 14 screen room and built a new shed. Each time, the work was exceptional. We would recommend Mike to anyone who has a project, large or small.

Mike Casaceli has been our go-to carpenter for many years. He has completed large jobs and small with equal dispatch and attention to detail. Roof, new windows, new doors, new clapboard/siding all efficiently accomplished on time and fairly priced. My favorite example is how he masterfully repaired a section of rotten wood under an entry floor without cracking the slate!

We have worked with Mike on many projects through the years but the remodeling of our bathroom really highlighted his expert carpentry skills. Not only did he replace all the fixtures and remove the tile, he custom made all the wainscoting to fit the small narrow space. He did a really great job.

RE-build of DAMAGED shed, due to storm damage.

Mike did a great job of making our 9'/12'shed useful, after a huge limb crashed onto it. He worked carefully, with appropriate materials, to restore our shed. His workmanship is outstanding! AND, no time was wasted, which we appreciated, AND stilldo!

Install large biw window

Mike installed a bow window in for me. Which I knew it was not particularly a very easy job to do but he did fabulous job replacing my picture window and make it into a great large bow window. He also has done work for family members of ours of redoing a kitchen making cathedral ceilings in putting in skylights which he did a beautiful job.
