At Casaceli Construction, we have over 30 years of experience building new homes and remodeling. And we have more recent experience building net zero homes for healthy air quality and very low energy bills.

Home remodeling and repairs

We used Casaceli Construction, LLC for several projects over the past 10 years, from minor repairs to a large addition with major remodeling. Each time, we have been completely satisfied with the results. Mr. Casaceli is totally reliable in planning and budgeting. Barring the unforeseen "surprises" that can occur in any home project, he keeps to schedule. He is a master craftsman who is clearly dedicated to doing a perfect job. I was really happy with how our staircase came out, the work is precise, really fine, and solid. Michael also helped coach me throughout the process, what my options were and what my next steps were. Multiple Projects

Mike has completed multiple projects for us over the past few years. Mike is courteous, professional, prompt and a true craftsman, there isn’t anything he can’t do. Mike has tackled projects for us, big and small, such as replacing siding, to installing a new roof. Mike also completely remodeled and expanded our entryway and kitchen - it came out great! The kitchen is now the best room in the house! I have been extremely happy with Mike’s work and would highly recommend him.
